Dear Customers,
Kristina Decourt Skin Solutions (“Kristina Decourt”, “we” or “us”) provides below the Terms & Conditions applicable between KRIDEC BVBA (with registered office at Rechtschapenheidsstraat 34 – 1090 Jette (Brussels), registered under company registration number 0722.594.273) and the Customer (“Customer”, “Client”).
These Terms & Condition are applicable for all Products offered by KRIDEC BVBA and purchased by the Customer

Prices and Offer
All prices mentioned are expressed in EUROS and always include VAT.
All prices are always without obligation for the Company and subject to changes and errors.
Online Purchases
The Customer completes the Online Purchase with his address and invoicing data. The customer can choose between the following payments methods:
- By Credit Card
- By Debit Card
- By bank transfer to KRIDEC BVBA bank account
Deliveries and invoices
For purchases with a total amount over € 150,00 (for Belgium) no shipment costs will be charged for the delivery of the Products to the indicated delivery address.
For deliveries with less than € 150,00 (for Belgium) shipping costs will apply as mentioned in the online payment process.
No additional delivery costs will be charged for pick up at the Kristina Decourt Skin Solutions beauty centre (Rue Lebeau 61 – 1000 Brussels).
Your order will be delivered when the invoice has been paid.
A VAT invoice can be provided by the Company to the Customer upon sending a request to info@kristinadecourt.be.
Delivery times
All delivery times are subject to availability. Specified delivery times are to be considered as target times. When a Product is out of stock, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the Purchase price.
Damages and return policy
The risk or damage or loss during transport or shipment etc. is always at the risk of the Customer. Purchased Products travel at the risk of the Customer.
If your order cannot be shipped in 1 complete package, the missing Products will be sent afterwards or will be refunded by the Company. The subsequent delivery will be at the Company’s expense.
Purchased goods will not be exchanged or refunded, unless there are demonstrable technical defects.
Only unopened Products can be returned to the Company within fourteen (14) days of Purchase. The return shipments are always at the Customer’s expense or can be returned to the physical address of Kristina Decourt Skin Solutions during working hours and after notifying Kristina Decourt Skin Solutions.
Warranty
All purchased Products are sealed and original.
KRIDEC BVBA can never be held responsible for the consequences of the treatments, carried out with the purchased Products.

We reserve the right to modify this Terms & Conditions at any time. If we modify this Terms & Conditions, We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page and update the ‘effective date’ at the top of the Terms & Conditions or send an email describing the changes.
